A person answers every message. Usually within two working days.
Write to keeper@enchantratarot.com about anything — a problem, a question, an idea, or a reading that didn't sit right. There's no ticket system and no bot. Tell us what happened in your own words.
Enchantra is a reflective practice, not therapy or crisis care, and email isn't fast enough when things are hard.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number — 000 in Australia. In the app, Feeling unsteady? sits at the foot of every screen and opens support lines checked for your region, any time you need them.
Bring the deck you already have. Enchantra reads alongside your physical cards — you draw them yourself and tell the app what came up.
Type the card's name and whether it fell upright or reversed. Search understands card numbers, traditional names and deck-specific titles, so "Wealth" and "Nine of Disks" both find the same card.
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. There are no streaks in Enchantra and nothing to keep up. The practice waits for you.
Your first lunar cycle is free. After that it's A$6.50 a month or A$59 a year. Full detail is in the Terms of Use.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Enchantra → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
Profile → Email and sign in.
Write to us and we'll send you everything we hold, in a form you can read.
Profile → Delete account. It removes your account, your whole practice, and the key that could read what's stored on your phone. It's immediate and it can't be undone, so the app asks you to confirm first.
Profile → Start over clears your practice and keeps your account.
Enchantra reflects; it doesn't predict, and it shouldn't ever tell you what will happen or frighten you. If one does, report it from the reading itself. Those reports reach a person within 24 hours — that's a commitment, not a target — and they're what we use to stop the same thing reaching someone else.
You can also just write to us. Quoting what the reading said helps enormously.
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your phone model and whether you're on iPhone or Android helps us find it faster. Screenshots are welcome.
