The short version. Enchantra is a reflective tarot practice, not a fortune-telling service and not a substitute for professional care. Your first lunar cycle is free. After that it's A$6.50 a month or A$59 a year, billed by Apple and renewing until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your phone's settings.
These terms are between you and Emily Shurey trading as Enchantra (ABN 87 927 064 532), of Australia. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Enchantra.
Enchantra supports a reflective practice with your own physical tarot deck. You draw the cards; the app helps you explore what they might mean in the context of your life, remembers your practice across lunar cycles, and shows you patterns over time.
Readings are generated by an AI language model. They are offered as material to reflect with, and the meaning you take from them is yours to make.
This matters more than anything else here, so it is stated plainly.
You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your account details safe and for what happens under your account.

Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price for your chosen plan.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may differ. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.
Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Enchantra on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused part of a free period is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are administered under Apple's policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a remedy if a service is not supplied with due care and skill or is not fit for its purpose.
Your journal, intentions and reflections belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, encrypt, sync and process them so the app can work for you — and nothing beyond that. We don't publish them, sell them, or train AI models on them. How they're handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The app itself, its writing, its design and the interpretive material we've authored remain ours.
Please don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, use it to harm anyone, or present its readings to others as prediction or professional advice. We may suspend an account being used that way.
We aim to keep Enchantra running well, but it depends on services we don't control and may occasionally be unavailable. Features may change as the practice develops. If we ever discontinue the app, we'll give notice and time to export your practice.
To the extent the law allows, Enchantra is provided as it is, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make after a reading. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. This does not exclude rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account in the app. We may end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
